The homeowners loved the
location of their home, built on a beautiful, wooded cul-de-sac, close
to their workplace. Adding a versatile entertainment space and being
able to enjoy their beautiful property, even while they were inside the
home, were top priorities. Their goals were realized by adding a four
seasons room addition with multi-slide doors, retractable
floor-to-ceiling screens, heated floors and a fireplace. The addition,
balanced on a full-height Rumford-style fireplace, was an engineering
design feat that challenged our construction team and added dramatic
beauty to the home.
