This project reimagined a two-bedroom city
condo to better support a couple and their visiting adult children. A
flexible bonus room was transformed into a dual-purpose den and guest
bedroom, providing privacy for overnight stays while maintaining
openness for everyday use. An oversized, outdated bathroom was
reconfigured into a separate powder room and full bathroom, greatly
improving functionality. Despite challenges within a 100-year-old
building, the result is a more versatile home that adapts effortlessly
to both daily living and entertaining, much to the clients delight.
