The existing garage was
built in 1926, and showed every bit of its age. The owners needed a dry,
water tight building in which to house important documents. At the same
time, they wanted to create a garage that would be attractive and
functional if they desired to sell their house in the future. The garage
has been completely updated in style and function. The exterior
decorative elements match those of the main house. The interior is dry,
sheetrocked, has electrical outlets and lighting and a new complete
cement slab. All objectives were met.
