This lovely house in a
great neighborhood no longer suited the needs of the busy professional
parents and their adolescent daughter. The modest presentation and
period architecture of the house was retained, even though the footprint
of the house was significantly enlarged and a second story was added.
The finished project included a new and enlarged kitchen, a new
breakfast room, new family room, a second story with two private bedroom
suites, new access to outdoor living space on both floors, a mud room
and dog grooming area...plus a new two car garage.
