An electrical fire with
extensive smoke and water damage consequently deemed portions of the
home a total loss. We were granted a zoning variance for the new front
porch as it would exceed setback requirements, and installed front
dormers to increase curb appeal to the exterior. Through the new roof
design and updating of building code requirements, the clients gained a
spacious second floor addition consisting of master suite with walk in
closet, guest bath, and a guest bedroom with a walk-in closet. These
changes will serve the owners well as they approach and transition into
retirement.
