converted an unfinished mechanical/laundry room in a 50 year old low
ceiling basement into a pleasant and functional working area. The Owner
desired the room in her 1960s ranch style home to be converted to a
modern, efficient, very usable multi-purpose area that is used almost
daily by the owner. All this was done with very high end finishes and
functions that the owner desired and in a budget that she was happy
with. The design contains tones of storage, useful counters and room for
her washer, dryer and spare refrigerator.
