2018 Regional Best Addition over $250,000
This addition was built
to creating a better function for the first floor of the family’s home.
With their main entry on the rear of the house through the kitchen, the
homeowners wanted a better solution to dealing with the lack of storage,
space and flow of their downstairs. The addition, while only adding 220
square feet created a step-down mudroom entryway, expanded kitchen with
an optimized layout, home office, larger bathroom with additional shower
and separate custom laundry built-in.
