Situated across the street
from Joppa Flats in Newburyport, the homeowners of this water-front home
were looking to increase their outdoor living space while also
capitalizing on their Merrimack River views and increasing the
already-stellar curb appeal.
The 500+ square foot front porch features a barrel roof with two hip
extensions, a combination of flat-welded and standing seam copper on the
roofs, six Tuscan columns, a custom-made railing system, custom-made
single-piece mahogany cove molding, and decking that changes color due
to thermal aging.
