This is a pool house with
kitchen, full bath and pool storage. A separate septic system and lots
of ground water and site slope conditions had to be remediated to create
this charming structure. The foundation and cast-in-place stamped
concrete for pool coping and the floor of the structure had to be
installed before framework was begun. Custom glass block windows added
light to shower without need for window treatments. The result is a
nifty little structure that fits the character of the existing home.
