A single family home
almost burned to the ground following a severe fire which took more than
two hours to extinguish. Most of the reconstruction took place during
cold winter months, therefore we had to run auxiliary power to work and
acclimate materials. Some design challenges were adding a large walk-in
closet above the garage, which was not previously there, moving the
laundry upstairs and improving the deck and brick pavers below. The
result was a brand new home with the owner’s personal improvements and
they were thrilled.
