We were called in to do
emergency board-up to secure the property, install temporary emergency
power to the property and write a detailed scope of work to repair the
property. We dispatched a team immediately.
We submitted a scope of work to the insurance company and property
owners for approval. We applied for permits and began demolition. A new
foundation was dug and poured, framing and mechanicals. After passing
all inspections, drywall, paint, flooring and cabinetry followed by
custom finishes the owners chose. With our team of tradesmen we rebuilt
this home in 10 months, the homeowners are thrilled!
