A former dilapidated mess of
a structure with all the odds stacked against it was successfully
salvaged and converted into a new beautiful dwelling. The design and
build team set out to correct the flow of the interior floorplan, fix
the exterior elevations, consider a new landscape plan, and ultimately
rebuild the home from the inside out. This Oceanfront Oasis has been
returned to its former glory along the finest part of California's
Central Coast.
