The original bathroom was
small, with a small shower, a toilet and sink. An unused room with a
small closet was beside it. Both rooms were demolished to create two
areas, one with the sinks and closet, and the other with a luxurious
double shower, a tub and toilet. The first area serves as a transition
from the bedroom to the second space, which is the wet area requiring
more privacy. Both spaces are separated by another full light etched
glass pocket door with clear glass transom up to the ceiling. This
allows the natural light to flow into both spaces, but provides privacy.
Each vanity has its own sink, mirror and light fixture, with a linen
closet separating them. The result is a new comfortable functional and
enjoyable bathroom.
