This dramatic exterior renovation revitalized a late 1970’s-era lake house into a beautiful modern-day weekend residence through an update of all the exterior finishes. As a result of age, all of the exterior products were in need of replacement with the exception of the new roof shingles. The goal of the project was to go beyond functional replacement and to change the identity and functionality of this lakefront home. The project also included the addition of a stunning elevated deck that provided an outdoor entertainment area that was desired on the main level of the home.
