This dramatic whole-house
renovation revitalized a late 1970’s –era lake house into a beautiful
modern-day weekend residence. We accomplished this through replacement
of windows and siding, addition of an exterior deck, enhancements to the
interior floor plan, and replacement of many of the interior finishes,
including hardwood flooring, cable railings, new doors and moldings and
electric and plumbing fixtures. Due to the home’s age, there were many
items in need of replacement. The homeowner’s goal was to replace the
failing products, as well as transform the look from a dated 70”s rustic
to a soft contemporary style that they desired.
