Commercial Remodel under
$500,000
We were retained to
modernize a medical office building main lobby and elevator corridor.
The goal was to create a design that would appeal aesthetically and
functionally to the tenants’ patients, many of whom are elderly and
utilize wheelchairs for mobility. The main lobby floor was upgraded with
a contemporary, white, slip resistant porcelain tile laid in an ashlar
pattern with insets of walk-off carpet tile to aid in maintaining safety
from the outside elements. A new, electronic, interactive directory was
installed to improve way finding and communication. Finally, a small
seating area was added to complete the space.
