This 1954 south
Minneapolis brick bungalow lacked the design, function and layout the
current homeowners always wanted for their family of four. Moving out of
the Kenny Neighborhood was not ideal, and building a second story seemed
unattractive to this established neighborhood. We developed a plan that
incorporated an open concept kitchen and living room, luxurious master
suite, spacious bedrooms for the kids and a quaint screen porch
overlooking the backyard. The home features timeless finishes throughout
including subway tile backsplash, marble mosaics, wide plank oak floors,
wool carpet and custom painted cabinetry.
