A beautiful and timeless
restoration of a storied historic structure truly integrates the
building, a multi-family residential structure, into the tree-lined
block. A fresh application of materials and muted colors, restored
juliet balconies, and new windows and full glass paneled doors
seamlessly integrate the building back into the neighborhood. Returning
it to the residential use, it once again contributes to the buzz and
pedestrian activity of an urban center. An internal court was opened
back to the sky flooding the interior spaces with natural light.
