The Veiled House's
transformation by JKA is a testament to the synergy between a visionary
client and imaginative design. The vintage screens, repurposed from a
1960s local elementary school, now gracefully adorn the front facade of
the home including the third-floor balcony, adding a touch of privacy
and architectural intrigue. Natural light, spacious rooms, atypical
materials, and efficient layout provide an enjoyable and unique home in
a bustling, urban neighborhood. A rear and third floor addition, clad in
Thermacork, provide the additional space for a bright and spacious home.
