The dated 1990s colonial was purchased
for its lovely setting, but did not take advantage of the spectacular
views. A two-story addition addressed these shortcomings while new black
windows, board & batton siding, standing seam roof, and front porch
transformed the home into a modern farmhouse. The master suite was
expanded to create a retreat with glass on all sides and a new mud room
with dog shower and open breakfast area created a functional space that
maximized views. With a pool, spa, billiards area, office, media room,
wet bar and covered outdoor area, this farmhouse is ready for
entertaining.
