This
1920’s home is part of the fabric that makes up the National Historic
Dilworth Neighborhood in Charlotte, NC. The home was heavily damaged in
a fire and was restored above and beyond its original construction. The
original bricks, that cannot be obtained today, were removed and reused
as well as other key architectural features that helped maintain the
original pantena of the home. The living areas were modernized with
timeless cabinetry and amenities. The Diane Keaton kitchen is for the
ages as well as the addition of mudrooms, spacious laundry areas,
closets and living areas that help keep one foot in the past and one in
the present.
