Residential Insurance Restoration
Renovating a badly burned boat house located
90’ below the main house proved to be the challenge MA Peterson was made
for. Challenging logistics included not only the water ferry of parts
and materials, but also a multitude of DNR and city regulations. The end
result was one of great beauty with steel structure and exposed beams
surrounded by two multi-level decks. The upper roof deck was
structurally built to hold and enjoy the client’s hot tub – a design and
structurally strong element that made the client very happy. The
well-crafted cable railing system not only meets safety regulations, but
also allows all deck visitors to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake.
