The project scope
entailed transformation of an 1898 Victorian house into a modern day
replica with a functional floor plan and expanded space. A small rear
expansion serves as the new living room. Attic space was converted into
two bedrooms with access to a tiled roof deck and the relocated kitchen
was designed for the gourmet cook client with stainless steel, marble,
and butcher block counter tops. The new second story includes a master
suite, tub deck, guest bathroom and two bedrooms.
