This 1905
Queen Anne home has been may things, grocery store, pharmacy, rooming
house, to name a few. An earlier remodel converted it back to single
family, but left a disjointed floor plan.
The goals of
this remodel are: open space for the kitchen, guest bedroom/bath, a
mudroom entry, accessible storage, and beautify the living / dining
rooms.
The centerpiece of the remodel was re-designing the rear half of the
main floor. The designer created a beautiful kitchen with a large
island and inspiring cooking space open to the rest of the main floor
for easy entertaining and family gathering.
