The existing kitchen was
built in 1969, and looked dull and dated. The client wanted to maximize
the space, and was prepared to extend the kitchen into the utility room.
Considering the tight budget requirements, the designer helped them
realize the potential of the existing space. In the end, the upgrade was
done without having to move walls or borrow space from other rooms.
