This stately urban house has
a large lot with a pool, but the views and circulation were lacking. Our
homeowners wanted space for family and entertaining. Daylight and
connection to the back yard were key. Our addition extends to the back
and side creating a truly great room with kitchen, dinette and family
spaces. Crisp white cabinetry and an abundance of windows help keep the
room bright. The old dark kitchen was reconfigured to be a powder room,
pantry and mudroom/service entry.
