This 1920's house was
remodeled in order to updated and improve the function of the key living
areas yet keep its 1920's charm. The kitchen, the breakfast nook, the
utility room and the sun room were all reconfigured in order to add a
full master bathroom, enlarge the master closets and incorporate the sun
room into the master suite. Walls were removed and doorways were opened
up to provide better flow throughout the utility room, kitchen and
dining room. Better function and form was achieved through new cabinets,
new countertops, new appliances and fixture, and better lighting. The
original architectural style was maintained in the shaker style
cabinets, and in the original trims and molding.
