Addition under $250,000
The homeowners desired plenty of room for
entertaining, cooking, and room for guests to gather. Nearly every
interior wall was moved to create a more advantageous floor plan and a
new half bathroom was added. A 72 square foot addition was built to
increase kitchen storage, counter space, and dining room seating.
