We were tasked with
transforming an unfinished space into a multifunctional and comfortable
living area for a lively family. Our client’s vision included an open
floor plan, a large family room with a new fireplace, a custom bar and
built in wine rack, a 3-D movie theater and a home gym. To build this
space and fulfill our client’s vision we needed to troubleshoot
structural complications and exterior drainage issues. We removed
several support columns and added structural beams in order to achieve
an open, fluid floor plan. The focal point of this stunning basement is
the large family room with a custom full pub bar, and built in wine
rack. The perfect space for entertaining both young and old!
