Basement Remodel over $100,000
The basement in this house
is the central entertainment area and party space of the home. By
increasing the size and improving the layout, this basement houses the
residents collection of sports memorabilia on every level. Walls were
illuminated with track lighting for sports jerseys. Custom shelving
creates a great framed element for helmets, autographed equipment, and
other collected items. Designing for a large sofa was brought through a
new recessed beam in the ceiling to give the maximum amount of open
space for watch parties. A guest sleeping room finished off this awesome
new basement space.
