Built in the early
1900’s, this historic home had been subjected to the scourges of time
and neglect; exterior details had been damaged, removed, and redwood
siding covered with asbestos shingles. We were commissioned to restore
the home to its original glory armed with a single black and white
photograph taken in 1953. That photo showed that she was originally
bedecked with beautiful trim details, an ornate cornice and period
plaster details. Our Team worked closely with the owners on the deep and
dramatic exterior color palette, custom decorative architectural details
and new exterior lighting.
