2013 Whole House Remodel under $250,000
Redefining a home’s function often improves its character. This daylight
rambler underwent a whole house renovation to accomplish 3 primary
goals: improved comfort, tailored workspaces, and lasting quality.
Accommodating these requests required thorough communication and
detailed planning to perform to lasting expectations of the owner.
Improved comfort addresses temperature, sound attenuation, finish
materials and the unquantifiable feeling of actually being in the space.
Tailoring to contemporary styling requires thoughtful precision,
balanced with ergonomic simplicity.
Lasting quality relies on the functional systems of the entire structure
to support each other. This project accomplished all 3 goals and more.
