2008 Best Sunroom/Conservatory

This sunroom replaced a non-stationary gazebo canopy, which blocked light and was not provide protection from the elements. A sunroom was constructed to enlarge the living area and not detract from the architectural integrity of the house. The new sunroom is flooded with light from both natural sources and recessed lighting. A deluxe spa whirlpool tub, ceiling fans and a fireplace make this a cozy and inviting space for year round entertaining.
