The initial focus was on
hot & cold rooms throughout the home. We reconfigured duct work and
sealed and installed a new filtration system. Exterior work included
painting, deck resurfacing, a custom patio gate to the pool, outdoor
kitchen, drainage & retainer walls and a refinished front door. On the
interior we installed hardwood floors in the living room, dining room,
office, entry and the hallway to the master. Tile was installed in the
kitchen, utility, craft room, hallway to the bedrooms and carpet was
installed in the bedrooms. The master bathroom was remodeled and the
two-sided fireplace was removed for privacy. A new custom tub with tile
surround was added.
