The
Grand Manse Penthouse Suite remodel will undoubtedly go down in history
as one of Lincoln, Nebraska’s finest residential remodel projects.
Having the opportunity to work on such a historic property was a
rewarding challenge. The mix of old and new components blend seamlessly
in the finished product. Even with added personnel it was a challenge
getting all the custom material fabricated in time. Some of the custom
items were; almost 2 miles of custom millwork to match existing
profiles, black walnut custom made cabinetry, rooftop atrium and
skylights from Lancaster Conservatories, 2 new staircases, and the list
goes on. It took an incredible team working in unison to overcome the
unique challenges presented by this project…much credit is due to all
parties involved.
