This Spanish style home had experienced significant deterioration and water damage over the years. The project’s goals were three fold; to bring back the historical character of the home, originally built in 1916; to expand and update the kitchen and dining areas; and, to add four new bedrooms, four new bathrooms and an office space. A project is successful when owners are delighted, quality is impeccable, and those uninitiated cannot tell the new space from the original ones.
