2007 National Award
Whole House Remodel over
$500,000
This former client had
purchased an older home and asked that no stone be left unturned to
remodel their recent acquisition. The clients specifically wanted a
fourth bedroom which would become the master, an enlarged kitchen, to
fill the attic with natural light to make it more livable, and of
course, make it all look beautiful and tasteful. New floor plans
function better for this growing family. A large kitchen adjoins the
family room. four outdoor living spaces were re-created. The 2nd and 3rd
floors were restructured for the family, including a washer/dryer on the
2nd floor. The three arched top dormers add balance and symmetry to the
front facade, as does the new front balcony with French doors aligned
with the entry door below and the dormer above. This family is now
enjoying their new spacious home in the neighborhood they love. Their
renovation agenda is complete with all items fulfilled.
