Team Member: The Levine Group Architect + Builder

This outdoor retreat reimagines what was a previously under-utilized patio into a fully integrated extension of a larger basement renovation, tying the spaces together with expansive folding glass doors. The key objectives for this project included providing the ability for an expanded living space while improving comfort, continuity, and usability across seasons. The re-design successfully transforms the space into seamless indoor-outdoor living, perfect for entertaining large crowds or enjoying the quiet of a solitary Sunday morning cup of coffee.
