From an unfinished, 6-foot-tall basement
to an industrial, farmhouse suite—this house lift and remodel in Sunset
Hill was an incredible feat. “Spaces within spaces” were created such as
a sewing station, under-stair office nook and murphy bed, which would
accompany a new bathroom and kitchenette. With its own exterior entrance
and a taller 8 ft ceiling height, the space is multifunctional as extra
living area for the family of four, or a private guest suite for
visitors.
