This
exterior remodel took a cramped, existing patio space, perched on a very
steep slope, and turned it into a two level patio, with an infinity edge
spa, outdoor kitchen, built in fire pit, fountain, and retaining walls
and patios clad with local sandstone interlaced with tile accents. This
work required a matrix of hillside structural concrete, in some of the
worst expansive soil in the area. With limited access and steep hillside
conditions, this project presented a very unique and challenging
situation. The high quality of design and materials used along with the
attention to detail during installation, made for an exquisite final
product and a luxurious place to watch the sunset over the Pacific.
