This is a 23 year old
bank. The building was taken down to its shell and completely
re-invented. The greatest challenge was that the bank needed to remain
open during this entire renovation. A temporary bank was created at one
end of the building, while the new banking area was created. Because of
the age of the building, part of the task was to bring the building into
the PC and Network banking world. Following the move into the new area,
the temporary bank was demolished and then built out as offices and
included the operations area of the bank. Pre-planning and problem
solving skills were tested to the max, but the overall result was an
extremely satisfied client and the very positive response from the
bank’s customers.
