The existing galley
kitchen did not allow much light from nearby windows, but being an
interior townhouse unit, there were windows only in the front and back
of the house. By opening the kitchen to the dining room and the creative
use of lighting, the area was made much brighter. To remain within
budget, the cabinet subcontractor made the basic cabinets and Castle
Ridge made all the decorative feature cabinets and accent pieces. In a
complex of 20 units, four of their neighbors now want to do the exact
same thing.
