The scope of this project
was to demolish an existing pavilion structure from the 1890’s and
rebuild an exact replica, but with an open trellis as the roof. All
railings and columns are fiberglass, PVC, and foam to eliminate rot and
maintenance. The headers and trellis are all architectural grade solid
cedar. The result is a virtually maintenance free structure that the
client uses for outdoor parties and as a sitting area in front of the
grass tennis courts. This is a great accent to the hilly property.
