The
home’s spectacular view was maximized by redesigning the kitchen, dining
room, and family room interior to provide a more open livable space with
higher ceilings. The modernized kitchen includes a large island with a
breakfast bar and a prep sink. The alder cabinets include a baking
center, slide-out pantry, appliance garage, utility broom closet and
garbage pull-out. New windows were installed to further enhance the
bright, open concept. All existing hardwood floors were finished to
match the new floors. The entry of their home was significantly updated
with very minimal cost, including newly configured stairs, lighting and
railings.
