2007 Deck/Porch
The client was tired of
being eaten alive by mosquitoes, and constantly repainting the deck. The
solution was a 3-season screen porch. A Majestic fireplace was installed
to take the chill off the Fall evenings and a comfortable hearth allows
seating next to the fire. Natural tones were used in the cypress ceiling
and walls, cedar beams and the stone fireplace surround. All the
materials used are low maintenance, so the porch can be enjoyed with
little or no upkeep. This project blends perfectly with the pre-existing
home and will provide almost year-round enjoyment.
