This
historic home's top-to-bottom renovation and two-story 682 sq. ft. rear
addition were designed to match the home’s original 1917 Georgian
architectural style.
Main project goals included increased ceiling heights on both levels,
expanding both the kitchen and owner’s suite above, and allowing for a
larger en-suite bath. In addition, the existing garage was expanded,
creating a mudroom/laundry room entry into the house, and an outdoor
kitchen and multiple entertaining spaces were designed.
Overall, the home now totals 6,641 square feet of living space with
seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half baths.
