In this
project, a three-story rear addition was designed to increase the living
space for the family. The addition includes a new storage room in the
basement, an open kitchen/dining room space on the first floor, and a
new master suite on the second floor. Larger windows help to bring in
light at the rear elevation, while an expansive patio door provides
convenient access to the rear yard. Portions of the existing first floor
were renovated to create a more open, functional floor plan and upgrade
some of the outdated finishes.
