An 111,159 square-foot, 4 story warehouse full of merchandise sustained water damage due to a monsoon storm that blew off 3,900 square feet of roofing. In addition, the damage caused a microbial infestation which required remediation. A roof truss that was broken in the storm also need to be repaired. The total cost of both the temporary emergency service and repairs was $203, 577.38. An ongoing recent $3 million dollar claim and law suit that we were not involved in was almost identical in nature and had everyone’s nerves on edge fearing this claim might escalate to the same level.
