In 1977 a developer built
this house on top of a hillside with 360 degree city and mountain views,
without any regard to how to enjoy those views. Thirty-nine years later,
the home finally blossomed with this new outdoor living space.
The interior floor plan was adjusted to take advantage of the best
views; kitchen/dining rooms now open to the outdoors. The new outdoor
living space is complete with kitchen, bar, kegerator, and diamond
shaped cement patio with firepit. Both sunrises and sunsets can be now
be seen from the sitting areas on the wraparound deck.
