Famous California
architect, Joseph Eichler, was the original designer of this 1960s home.
Before the remodel, the floor-plan was choppy; you had to walk through
one bedroom to get to the other. The kitchen was crowded and you
couldn’t see into the dining room nor to the ocean.
Fifty-nine years later, a remodel enhanced Eichler's design to modern
conveniences, while being true to Eichler’s Mid-Century Modern design
elements including: Clean geometric designs, glass walls, open
floor-plan, glass transoms, and private outdoor rooms.
The remodel created a third bedroom with the addition of a glass hallway
and a small bump out.
